Job Requirements:

• Staff must be eighteen (18) years of age or older
• Staff must be able to effectively read, write and communicate verbally in English.
• Must be able to read and understand instructions, Perform assigned responsibilities and maintain accurate daily record-keeping reports
• Staff must have a valid Tennessee driver’s license
• Must have automobile liability insurance of the appropriate type
• Must put the interest, safety, respect and security of the client first, at all times
• Must not be listed on the Tennessee Abuse Registry, the Tennessee Sexual Offender Registry, or the Tennessee Felony Offender List.
• Work history inclusive of a continuous description of activities during the past five (5) years
• At least three (3) personal references, with one of the references having known the employee for at least five (5) years. PLEASE BRING NAMES AND TELEPHONENUMBERS WITH YOU.
• Must pass TBI Criminal Background check
• Must complete TB Skin Test
• Must be available to work weekends and holidays (depending on case assignment)
• There is a three (3) month performance and attendance requirement
